Chlorophyll is the green plant pigment known as Green Gold or Plant Blood. It is an excellent source of vitamins, minerals, and phytochemicals (various active compounds in plants that play a role in plant growth or defense against pathogens or predators).

I consume Chlorophyll first thing in the morning instead of my morning cup of Joe! I add drops throughout the day as well, especially before a workout.
